My husband and I applied for a loan online through Amsterdam World Financial and was called within 2 days saying we were approved for $8500.00 I was contacted by a Laura Harris and a Wayne Thompson. Wayne explained that I needed to pay at least 4 premiums down in order to secure the loan and that had to be sent through Western Union Attention Donna Randal and the money would be in my account within 24 hours and they would also refund the fee to send by Western Union. Wayne Thompson called me and informed me that everything was processed and there was no problems and the money would be in my account the next morning so the next day came and no deposit so I tried to contact Wayne couldn't get ahold of him so I figured I would wait until Monday and then I was contacted by a Crystal Wright in Customer Service stating i was given incorrect information and our deposit didn't go through and there was a problem when our information was originally set up in there system we were put in as an existing customer instead of a new customer which meant we needed to send in $1250.00 towards insurance but since we were given the incorrect information our payment would remain the same and we would only need to submit $700.00 towards the insurance balance and there company would take care of the $550.00 to get the total balance. Crystal said we could have the money within 5 to 6 hours never seen it I have contacted the 1-855-206-0988 number and could never get ahold of anyone finally sent an email and was sent a reply stating our account was put on hold due to needing the $550.00 to finish the insurance balance I replied stating I was told I wouldn't have to pay that total before my loan was processed and my account was on hold. I called that number and spoke to someone that said there systems were down but she was able to view my account ( which I am not sure how if there systems were down) and as soon as there systems came up they would process the $550.00 and process the loan. I was told that there systems were down and wouldn't be up and running until 9/2/2011 and my loan would be processed on that date and in my account on 9/3/2011. It is now 9/15/2011 and I haven't seen anything I have continually tried to call that number and no answer all of the operators are busy assisting other customers bull crap there hours were 9 am to 7 pm eastern time and between that time no one is available to answer calls. This has been going on since August and still nothing. I called that number this morning and it says that number is temporialy unvailable and to try back in a few hours My husband kept saying they were a scam and we were ripped off. I have sent multiple faxes, emails and no response plus i have tried to contact them by phone every 5 mins. I am so frustrated and all i want is my money back because I could have used that amount to pay my bills.
