Stock pair manipulating their platform rates, i placed few trades, and when it closer to expire platform showing very high or very low rates than my entry rates and showing as "out of the money" and lost 450USD
i have contacted them and explained the issue. but they asking a video clip from me. but how can i know that their platform will make errors?
that mean always we have to use a screen recording software when we trading on Stockpair?
