We were invited to a software program for vacation purposes at a restaurant in Encino, CA. I decided to purchase the software because I was told that the vacation package would allow me to book a vacation from their web-site within 24 hours with discounts and their reward program "pennies for points" would reward me with $960.00 per year. I was told that I could use the software within 10 days of putting down $2390. and then 24 payments of $85.00.
Approximately 3 weeks after the purchase I tried to book a vacation and was unable to. I called our salesperson, who recommended that I call whenever I have a question, who did not get back to me for 3 days and then put the blame of my non use to," User ID and password issues", which was WRCI problem but this was the first vacation I could not book and did not get to go on.
There were bookkeeping issues along the way and I started to call the company and I was getting concerned because there was never anyone around to answer the customer service lines. I would fax them and call them and sometimes get a response a week later!
I knew I would be planning to go away at the end of September 2012 but when I went on their web-site on 9/25/2012 and 9/26/2012 to book my vacation their domain name expired on 9/22/12 and is pending renewal or deletion.
I called Tom Nixon, WRCI's salesperson immediately who never got back to me. On 10/08/2012 I received a letter from them dated 10/03/2012 never got back to me but I was supposed to be on vacation during this time. Again WRCI's fault for not contacting me before their web-site was cancelled on 09/22/2012.

I have demanded my money back $3,155.00
I have reported them to BBB only to learn that they are not BBB affiliated, but there are 19 complaints filed against them.

I have requested their business licenses which they have not sent me.

I am a widow who had good intentions and hopes of being able to go away for few days or a few week stretches, only to be let down twice by this company who has no customer support or any backbone.

Please stay away from this company and do not be foolish like me and think that this is a good program, it's a scam and check out the other complaints that have been filed against them.

I consider this a breach of contract, fraud and they changed their business name without notifying me from WRCI to Prestige Software.

RUN RUN away from this program, you'll regret it if you don't.
