PMT Protect withdrew $30.00 from my checking account as a ACH withdraw therefore my account went into negative and I never gave them consent for this charge, also my bank charged me $34.00 for a overdraft fee. I called PMT protect spoke with someone there and ask if I could speak to a supervisor and when I got transferred the phone disconnected and I kept trying to call back but the line is always busy.
