I did order a product from this company,but did not realize it was similar to some thing i already had so cancelled the following day.My request was totally ignored and in their spiel to promote the product there was a guarantee that if you are not completely happy you get a full refund.Not only did i get no refund they actually charged me again 7 days later.I tried to contact this company but could not i was ignored,Paul Birdsall who seems to be one of the main men in this company and seems very sincere with his smooth chat line until you ask for a refund then silence.
