I bought a timeshare from Colonial Crossings in 2006. My purchase was based on their plans to have a family waterpark at the resort. During the presentation, there were many illustrations and features of this park that was to be completed in 2011. There has been no progress made. The figure of monetary damages does not include the interest of the maintenance fees that have been paid.
