I thought I was calling Microsoft tech support. These people called themselves Microsoft Security. They installed an antivirus software that was supposed to be for a lifetime and technical support for 1 year for $50. My bill came and they had charged me $249.95. I tried calling one of their numbers and was on hold for 20 minutes. I called another number and requested a cancellation and full refund. My computer programs no longer worked correctly so I suspect some settings were changed that should not have been. The lady I was talking with ended up hanging up on me. I did not receive a cancellation # or even her name.

I have no idea if they put any kind of spyware on the computer. This is not a good company.

This company should be stopped.
