We purchased a copy of Microsofr 2010 Home and Office for $70. We were sent a product key and download link. Everything was fine until the computer died and we wanted to install the program on another computer. They told us it was only licensed frot eh original computer and the product key did not work again. When I contacted Microsoft they told me the key was a 'business partner' key that was not supposed to be sold but only for internal use. We filed a copmplaint with Microsoft but there was nothing they would do to issue a new code. So 2 months later we are out $70 and do not have a working program.
