I made a purchase with this company on 9/4/11. It was a 'buy 3-get one free deal on some hard to find hair dye. I have attempted to use their order tracking system 5 times. I NEVER received a reply, so here I am on 9/14/11, still trying to get information on my order. The number listed on their website is actually for free cellphone ringtones! What do I do now?

- The company has now changed their name to 'International Beauty Supply'. Just cancel the credit/debit card you used to make the purchase, if they haven't already deducted the money from your account. Your bank will just reissue a different card associated with that account. That's what I did after presenting my bank with all of my info about this website and their fraudulent b.s.
