bought complete unit from reem, when installed it was a ruud, installer informed me it's the same unit, they come down same line ,they have the same warranty, installer JAMES FORD wrote me a 10 year warranty. unit has been worked on ever year since installed.JAMES FORD is no longer in buisness. need 1800.00 in parts, ruud refuses to do anything says it's my baby and if i get any thing done i will have to take installer to court.had unit 5 years when installer quit. now how was i the home owner suppose to know that i was being scammed.
