Brought back new Cell Phone for refund.Large Sign on wall showed 90 day refund policy.Was informed item can only be returned within 60 days which was a few days over, and on receipt in small print. Was advised by mgr. to call company consumer relations who said they would take care o f problem if I went back to the store and have the mgr, call them which I did but they still refused.I feel that return policy posting is misleading, with also no posting at the register.Did not honor verbal instructions received by phone.
