WHILE WE WERE ON HOLIDAYS IN PUNTA CANA WE WERE LOOKING FOR OUR REP A MAN AT THE FRONT TOLD US TO FOLLOW HIM WE WERE ON OUR SECOND DAY AND WANTED TO KNOW OUR TIME OF DEPARTURE WE DID NOT GO FOR THE INFO IN THE MORNNING SO HE TOOK US TO NTHIS GUY AND HE STARTED ASKING QUESTIONS ON TRAVEL AND IF WE WOULD BE INTRESTED IN A HOLIDAY PACKAGE FOR US AND OUR FAMILY I HAVE 2 CHILDREN AND 3 GRANDCHILDREN WE ASKED IF IT WAS TIME SHARE HE FLAT OUT SAID NO WE LISTEN A BIT MORE AND SAID NO HE KEEPED TELLING ITS SUCH A GOOD DEAL THEY HAVE NO TAXS AND WE WOULD SAVE ON OUR FLIGHTS WE WERE STILL NOT SURE HE GOT US DRINKS THEN CAME WITH ANOTHER MAN THIS STARTED 10 IN THE MORNNING THEN THE OTHER GENTLE MEN TOLD US WE HAVE THE BEST OF EVERYTHING AND OUR CHILDREN STILL MY HUSBAND SAID NO THEN THEY BROUGHT SOME ONE FROM THE OFFICE MIND YOU IN THE HOTEL THEY HAD A BIG OFFICE SO MANY PEOPLE WORKING THERE VERY WELL KEEPED THEN ANOTHER DRINK AND THEN LUCH THE MAN CAME WITH US WOULD NOT LEAVE US ALONE THEN MORE DRINKS THEN TO THE BAR THEN BACK ANOTHER GENTLE MEN SO BYE THE END THEY EXPLAINNED FOR THE NEXT 30 YEARS WE COULD GO ANYWHERE WE LIKE BUT THE FIRST 5 YEARS WE WOULD ONLY PAY OUR FLIGHT AND FOOD BUT WE WOULD SAVE SO MUCH FROM THE FLIGHT THEN THEY SAID FOR THE NEXT 2 TRIPS WE TAKE THEY WOULD PAY THE FOOD THEN WE WOULD USE ALL THE POINTS WE GOT EVERY YEAR SO WE THOUGHT HOW GREAT THEN NEXT THEY BRING IN LAYER TO SIGHN PAPERS THEY ASKED FOR MY CREDIT CARD SO WE WOULD PAY OUR DOWN PAYMENT AND THE LAYERS FEE AND WE WOULD BE SET TO GO AND AFTER THAT WE WOULD PAY MOUNTHLY FEES SO WE DID HE TOLD US HE DID NOT HAVE ANY BOOKS IN ENGLISH HE WOULD SEND US TO US YOU KNOW TO MUCH WEIGHT IN LUGGAGE HE SAID WE DONT READ SPANISH SO THAT WAS FINE THEN WE WERE TOLD IF WE WANTED TO CHANGE HOTELS WE COULD OUR NEIGHBOURS WHERE DOWN THERE SO WE ASKED IF WE COULD MOVE THEY SAID JUST WAIT AND THEY WILL SEE SO THAT WAS FIXED I WAS NOW A ROYAL HOLIDAY MEMBER AND GAVE THEM OVER 4500.00US DOLLARS DOWN WE GET TO THE OTHER HOTEL AFTER I SIGNED OUT OF OURS AND HAD TO PAY ANOTHER 1700.00FOR 3 DAYS WE CALLED THE BANK WHEN THAT HAPPENED TO STOP THE PAYMENT AND THEY TOLD US THEY GOT THE MONEY ALL READY SO WE HAD NO CHOICE WE GET HOME AND THOUGHT WHAT TO DO FOR NEXT VACATION SO WE CALLED THE COMPANY FOR OUR BOOK IN ENGLISH AND ASKED ABOUT CYPRUS HE SAID HE WOULD GET BACK TO US SO WE WAITED FOR OUR BOOKS TO COME THEY DID AND WHAT DOES IT SAY ROYAL HOLIDAYS TIME SHARE WE ASKED THE GUY HE SAID WE ARE A HOLIDAY COMPANY SO WE ASKED ABOUT BOOKING OUR NEXT TRIP AND THE FLIGHT SO THATS WHEN WE FIND OUT THEY DONT BOOK FLIGHTS THEY GAVE ME A TRAVEL COMPANYS NAME TO BOOK THERE WAS NO SAVING FULL PRICE I DID IT TO SAVE AND GRANDCHILDREN THEY ARE OVER 2 SO THEY PAY FOR THERE FLIGHT SO ALL LIES MY HUSBAND WAS SO UP SET AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO SUPERVISOR HE KEEPED SAYING IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE I CAN HELP YOU WITH MY HUSBAND SAID AGAIN SUPPERVISOR NO LUCK SO IN THE MEAN TIME THEY HAVE BEEN SENDING ME BILLS ALL YEAR ADDING INTREST I NOTIFYED BBB AND NOTHING THEY ARE SORRY IF I FEEL LIKE I MISS LEAD AND I NOTIFYED FTC ITS ON RECORD NOTHING OF IT CAME OUT I SEE ON LINE NOW HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY LIED TO THE SUPPERVISOR TOLD US THROUGHT THE BBB THEY ARE GOING BYE THERE LAW WHICH IS ALL LIES THEY SAY WHAT EVER TO GET YOU TO SIGN SO THEY STILL WANT ANOTHER 11000.00US DOLLARS PLUS A MEMBERS FEE I TOLD THEM NO I WILL NOT PAY NOTHING THEY HAVE OUR MONEY AND DID NOT GET ANYTHING FOR IT NOT ONCE SO THAT 1 WEEK HOLIDAY ALL TO GETHER COST US 10000.00 DOLLARS WHAT A LESSON IF ONLY THE TRAVEL COMPANYS WOULD OF WARNED US OR THE HOTELS WHICH LETS THEM DO THIS I SAW THE SAME ON LINE THE SAME THING THEY KEEP YOU THERE 5 TO 6 HOURS DRINKS DONT LEAVE YOU ALONE TO TALK KEEP BRING MORE PEOPLE IN WE WHERE OVERWHELM.AS OF NOW OUR HOLDAYS ARE ON HOLD MY HUSBAND WILL NOT GO HE IS SO UP SET AND THROUGH THE BBB THEY TOLD US TO SELL TO ONE OF OUR FRIENDS TO RIP THEM OFF TO NO I HOPE YOU CAN HOLD US THEY SAY DOMMINICAN REPUBLIC LAW SO WHY ARE BILLS COMMING FROM ARAZONIA THE HOTEL WE STAYED AT WAS GRAND PARADISE BAVARO THE COMPANY IN DOMMINICAN BUT HEAD OFFICE MEXICO SO WHATS UP WITH THERE LAWS AND 3 COUNTRY HANDLING THE MONEY

  • Royal Holiday doesn’t have the best reputation within the timeshare resorts. Most of their sales are done under high pressure sales tactics, a high number of members at Royal Holiday feel like they have being lied and scam and most timeshare contracts are being misrepresented. This is a forum with more people who were scammed by royal holiday, perhaps you could find some help there:
