I paid money to bring my idea to market follow all the steps only to learn that my invention specification was already created by someone else in 1999 and that i couldn't be patent pending not even a design patent. Therefore I call the company they told me they are not responsible that i should of read everything they sent me. But that was their job to search for any similar product. please help
