I am pretty savvy and don't fall for these sorts of scams, but this is not only a scam, it's straight out theft! Anything they do or say isn't true. This address is not the shipping address I tracked with USPS #'s on original packaging, these companies act like independent companies, have different websites but have servers with the same street address and phone #'s for each of their sites ( idrotherapy and Essence of Argon - .com, etc... ) in Arizona. They start by offering you a "sample" with a small shipping fee to try. The small print ( if a person is lucky enough to read ) tells you that you have 18 days from the date you "signed up" on their website to "enjoy" the product. "Otherwise, do nothing and you will be successfully (ha!) enrolled in our Elite Member's Program" ensuring you continue to get these products every 30 days at the ENORMOUS price of both $99.99 (15ml tiny glass jar of idrotherapy eye cream ) and $83.80 (essence of argon ) Plus s&h - I called far in advance of the 18 days ( on their site 1/9, 18 days would mean cancel by 27th, this is the 29th, I called and I emailed again on the 24th, but my bank card had already been charged. 1) 1/11/13 $5.99 S&H for Essence of Argon, and 2) 1/11/13 Idrotherapy (noting order was from 1/9/13 on both. I had 2 Intl.fee's of .18 and .13 which was a mystery except that they post the charges as if they are in Great Britain. The idrotherapy box does have a UK contact number but it all say's "Made in the US" and why I'd be charged and Intl fee is again, a mystery. I had received my products on the same day, billed for the Essence of Argon on 1/25/13 - two days *before* I was even out of the window of the ability to cancel and after 2 emails on the 24th complaining after their automated "hit #1 to cancel" and the other a website "click to cancel" only to find out that my "February Membership order had already been placed.." I should have been charged the s&h as advertised, and since I cancelled within the 18 day window, even earlier, should never have been charged for the product. Now, I am waiting for charges on the other product to show up. Then, I'll file a complain with the Attorney General's office in my state as well as have the bank back out the charges less s&h, you do NOT have to let these scammers get you. This is so underhanded.. and these people have gotten so sophisticated with their find print and free and "customer service" phone number... I emailed all those and not one response. The very day my (idrotherapy) **13** days ran out ( to mess with you because the other is **15** - I got a receipt for my $83.80 order - like auto generated, after I'd already cancelled them both. The order on the 9th, and the 13 days from the order was **TWELVE** DAYS, so their own rules don't even apply. 9 and 13 do not = 24th, the "new" order they are billing me on now, let us know within 13 days of your visit to our site... and then "automatically send an order" - even if I hadn't already cancelled them both. I'll continue to complain and I'll continue to post on scam boards. I hope more people read these. And as a rater for sites, I hope their site get's ranked lower and lower with the more complaints they get or shut down all together. This is horrible... and poor people that get scammed to be "beautiful" and ashamed to admit they got "taken" - there have to be lots out there.
