I paid for an affiliate marketing program to sell their "medical coverage" online and was provided with a written contract stating that in exactly two years from the day I paid them they would pay me back what I paid them plus an additional fifty percent (50%) of the amount that I paid them. The payment was for a website, participation in their program, marketing of said website and a radio commercial. I sold no coverage / policies except my own, and it was not insurance, it was a discount plan. In June of 2012 I received certified mail stating "CMS has entered into an agreement with the Colorado Attorney General's office regarding the IveGotCoverage.com program. Pursuant to that agreement, CMS will not charge any affiliates any more money and will timely honor any written written guarantee, including the Real time leads Guarantee, I have attached a copy if the Stipulated Preliminary Injunction Order CMS has agreed to. If you have purchased a product with a written income return guarantee, please provide us that information so we can expedite any refunds you may be due. Your paperwork will inform us of the nature and amount of the guarantee, and we will honor any refunds due pursuant to the guarantee within ten days. I sent my copy of my guarantee with all the appropriate paperwork registered mail on 7/12/2012 and have not received any refund to date, (a total amount of $32,250.00) I can not access their web site and the phone is out of service. I have copies of all the paperwork.
