On Sept.5,2012 We signed with EtourandTravel for a Florida vacation package booked to start on Feb.9th,2013 through Feb.17,2013, We were told we had 15 days from signup to change our minds,But almost 2 1/2 months later two of us incurred unforeen physical impairments(one is for full knee replacement surgeries and one is severe foot problems and under Drs.care, Unfortunately due to our unforseen physical problems it will prevent us from going on this vacation package and We asked EtourandTravel for our money back But they refused to do so using their 15 day time-
frame as reason to refuse. We consider their
reasoning on not refunding our money unfair
and can be of great need to us in the coming months.
