you people took money out of my bank account $39.63 Dec. 10th 2012. I dont know how you got my iformation, i called had all this whatever it is canceled, you said 5 to 7 days to get my money back, gave me a confirmation number 46803626. WHY HAS MY MONEY NOT BEEN PUT BACK? I will be filing FRAUD charges monday, i have already contacted my bank. Your phone is shut off...why???
