Do not order anything from this company. Their customer service is non-existence, and when they do answer they do not fulfill their obligation. Ordered a product over two weeks ago have not received. Contacted them via e-mail & ph. over six times. No responses from e-mail none. All promises via phone not honored. No trackin#, no package. Have requested the purchase be cancelled. No response. Online stores such as this should be avoided at all costs. Oh they have a giveaway on there site that leads to a dead link. There so called online chat; no one is ever on. The same day I ordered from this site ordered from a trusted E-bay vendor. That knife arrived 4 days later from Oregon. No calls needed. Sucker once 888 Knives R Us, Inc. but never again, and have many friends that I will make aware of this.
