I placed an order with Ben Franklin on 11/24/12. The total was for 109.00; I paid by credit card. I got an order confirmation, but all future contact was because I was checking on status. I was told numerous times that "it might ship this week". Finally, this last Thursday (in response to my most recent inquiry) they admitted they will not be able to fill my order and were sending me a CHECK in the next 10 days. I only hope the check clears (if I ever get it).
