i subscribed to turtle magazine for my grand daughter. the guy was earning point for his college . i paid him 50.00 in cash . cash because he would earn more points. i have my invoice. i have called all the phone numbers on my reciept and what i found on the internet. now there is no answer and the mail box is full. other number has been disconnected. please help.
