I recently make an online purchase of TurboTax Deluxe Federal + State 2012 for windows from a company named “Real Exclusive Deals” for a credit card price of $34.99. The company web page says I should get an email message in 1 to 24 hours on downloading the product“. The web page also says a link containing an application download sometimes get placed in Bulk, Spam, and Trash folders by default depending on email provider. I submitted my credit card for purchase Sunday, 30 December 2013 16:17:45 PST. As of today 5 Jauuary 2013 I have not received an email or any other communication from the company concerning downloading the purchased product. I have tried on three occasions to contact “Real Exclusive Deals” by phone using the number provided on the web page and once able to leave a voice message. Every time you call the number 855.317.2092 you are transferred to the “Sprint Mail Box” of 517.410.6364 and then you are told by the operator that the Mail Box is full. I have emailed the provided email address for a product resend [email protected] at least three times with no response. I even emailed the Technical Support ([email protected]) again at least three times with no response from the company. There is even a statement on the web page that states “If Technicians can not solve issues in 2 days contact [email protected] for FULL REFUND. Please provide order ID # in email.” Obviously if you can not get in contact with their technicians you can not get your problem resolved.
At this point I have tried everything I can think of to resolve the problem with no luck. With tax time fast approaching it is inport to stop these internent theives before they steel from more unsuspecting consumers. TurboTax might be interesed in knowing that Turbotax is their only product sold by this company and they have a quick link to TurboTax.
