Ordered a rug from rugsusa on 11/2012 never received confirmation. Emailed repeatedly only got automated response. 45 days later I get a notice that my item is out of stock and they are going to issue a refund, but 2 weeks later, I still have not seen a refund. Fraudulent Business!!! Beware
