On 12/31/12 I ordered a tablet for $69. A few minutes later I saw a larger tablet on their website and cancelled my order then placed an order for 2 of the larger tablets for $98 each. Needless to say, I haven't received a refund for the $69 even though they charged my credit card immediately for it. Also I haven't received the 2 tablets that I paid $200 for. I contacted the company and exchanged emails with Brendham who was not very helpful. He said their company policy prevents them from issuing a refund or cancelling the order since its with their supplier right now. Why can't they call the supplier and cancel the order?? Also, I know they can process a credit as fast as they charged my credit card. I should've ordered from Amazon. It only takes 1 or 2 days for them to mail you an item. This place has terrible customer service. Don't do business with them! I plan to post this as many places on the internet as I can to warn others. Christy Stern, Belleville IL

  • Christy - I too, have filed a complaint about NOMORERACK but with 4 tablets! My total is 554.00 that they owe me in refunds. I am writing them daily! I seen that you want to start a class action suit against them ... I will be first on your list! I am in the Frankfort Il area. It is the same stuff over and over. Wait 5 to 7 days then wait 10 days. Have to contact the supplier ... oh (Inappropriate Content Removed)!!!!! They took my money fast!!! I found the CEO name is DEEPAK AGARWAL. I wonder if that person really cares what is going on with their company?!?!?! We have returned them on January 2 and they have had them in possession since January 4, 2013!! If you would like to email me and we can talk about this ... please contact me at (Personal Information Removed). Keep me posted on your case and I will do the same. Hey anyone else out there having the same problem??????

  • Lori - I finally got my complaint resolved, but I had to email/call them every day, and also filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General of NY. The people in charge of the company don't return your calls and the customer service people won't let you speak to a manager. Now that they have resolved my complaint, they are in a hurry for me to mark the complaint as resolved. What's the big hurry? They took FOREVER fixing this for me. I am no longer pursuing a class action suit since they finally did something. Keep bugging them and you may get some action. The squeaky wheel gets the oil!
