I am on my computer surfing the internet when all of a sudden, my computer display locks up with a message pretendig to be from the FBI or another federal agency. The message states that there has been a violation of federal law punishable by fines and penalties and directs you to pay them using a MoneyPak immediately or criminal charges will be filed and your computer will remain locked. You follow their instructions and pay them using a MoneyPak but my computer remains locked up and I realize this was a scam.
