In 11/2012 I was offered a $5000 loan from this
bank through [email protected]
and originally told there were no fees. Normally the bank must give the customer a list of all the fees that will be charged. I did not receive such a list. I was first charged $100
for origination, then $150 for theft insurance and then $260 for fire insurance and then $380 for c.o.t. fees...all was paid, and then they just charged me $1100 for demurage fees, which
was paid, and now they say I must pay $660 for transfer fee. I have paid $1440 and if I was to pay the $660 this loan of $5k would cost me $2650. This is extreme usury. I have told the bank I cannot and will not pay it and they have refused to refund the $1440 as of 1/14/13
