Hale kept saying she was comeing to me wanted help on flight tickets and visa's. Was one hold up after another. i finally found out she was internet dateing scammer at stop scammers web site. cut her loose after that.

Online dating scammers are a dime a dozen.
Because you voluntarily sent her money, it is unlikely she has broken any laws.
These types of cases are a nightmare for authorities because of jurisdiction, usually these people lie about where they are from and usually operate from within companies that do not have extradition treaties with countries such as the USA.
