As stated by Bridget, the company scams realtors. They spent a lot of time creating a database of realtors-targeting those with hosts with poor spam filters. Then they write a bad complaint, every realtor on the site gets an "F" rating.
Then they send you a fake email, posing as a buyer or seller (usually a seller), and claim to have been referred to you by a friend-but have a concern due to a complaint at... this site. So you go there, and it tries to draw you in to respond or remove the complaint, the link of course taking you to paypal $49, and $99 respectively.
They claim they've been the "trusted leader" in realtor complaints since 2002 (10 years) and get 3 million hits a day. Created a very legitimate LOOKING web site and even suckered Remax into a gateway look, and also use the REALTOR crest.. all to look real and get money from realtors.
The reality is, the site has only existed since January 1, 2013 (less than 2 weeks as of today). The site likely began sending out these fake, duplicitous emails 2 days ago. This is libel, fraud, and a mess of federal crimes and should be removed-I'm sure he'll collect at least 6 figures from realtors who don't do their homework like I did.
My favorite complaint made this all the most obvious (prior to getting the below info which makes it 100% clear it's a complete scam by a scumbag who can't get a real job. The complaint said at the end, "Trust me, don't use name!!!" It actually said "Name" instead of the realtor's name, which was a clerical error as it was a prefabricated complaint, likely used many times but not in the same state, and they forgot to copy and paste the actual NAME of the realtor into the complaint and instead left "name".

Note the phone number is 11 digits, and of course is not working, even though this domain (www.realtor-complaints.com) was registered less than 2 weeks ago. Also note the ridiculously phony email address. The registrant might be in on it-they wouldn't talk to me, and then refused additional attempts to chat. But they may just have terrible customer service or poor technicians.

- They should actually be tried and then put in prison. This is clear fraud, the intent is obviously to deceive realtors and steal from them. This was done in all 50 states and is thus a violation of dozens of federal crimes. The restitution (before punitive) would likely be in the $100,000s. If even only 1% of realtors fall for this (and that's likely low), 6 figures easy, they targeted over 500 realtors in Wyoming alone, which has the smallest population in the union.
