I called because my new wave oven was not working. I was told they would send me a new element. I ask what I needed to do they said nothing until I got the new part. I called the company again when nothing was received they said they didn't see it in the system but they would take care of it. Still no contact. Called again then they told me I needed to send my element in. I expressed my concern that I had been told different things. I shipped the element out to them. They received it dec 24. I have called them 4 times. They said they sent me emails but I have not gotten one or a phone call. This is the 4th oven I bought from them. This is poor customer service I have been without my oven for over 3 months
