We ordered a skypephone in 2012 at ChatAndVision and received it early December. However, the phone was not working so we wanted to return it. We tried to send the return form via their website, which did not work, then send an email with a copy of the form and got some vague replies, but no address to return the phone to. At this moment the period to return is almost finished and our ticket on their website has disappeared. I never experienced such bad service at a webshop before and will never recommend this shop to anyone.
