I purchased a $169 salon service from Groupon. However, when I tried repeatedly to contact them for an appointment, the womans' phone was turned off. After several emails to Groupons' customer support center and no response, I finally filed a complaint with the BBB. Tomorrow I will be calling my bank to report the fraudulent transaction and get my money back.
