After the family invested $8,000 in October, 2012, we were having problems with e-mail account hackers which resulted in freezing our 3 on-line back offices for Profitable Sunrise. We are not able to see how much we have earned or if we are really earning anything on our deposit. We are still trying to inquire about what happened that our back offices were frozen and what was going to be done about it. We have contacted the owner, and the group leader and the sponsor who recruited us. As of January 8th, 2013, the problem has not been resolved. We have not had any contact with the company. As far as we are concerned, our $8,000 is gone forever.
