In late september I signed up to recieve my credit scores for a one time $1 charge. I am a VERY frugal person who is VERY careful with their money. I cannot afford any extra expenses. I just read my bank account and saw a mysterious $29.95 charge from score sense. I immediately called, coplained, canceled, and asked for a refund. They said i would get an email in one or two days. I then looked at my previous bank statements. They have been charging me $29.95 every month UNAUTHORIZED. I never gave permission or recieved any contact from them saying they would be charging me. This was in no way made clear that i was signing up for a trial offer. They even charged me TWICE in october! I will be calling bright and early tommorow morning and will do everything i can to get my refund. I will file a complaint with every single complaint site if I have to. This missing money explains my financial struggle this past fall, and i can't afford to lose anymore. From now on I will be checking my bank statements every week.
