After accepting a free trial with this company,I contacted them and requested a refund of $97.00 and to cancel my membership because I was not satisfied with the product. I was told on the phone that they would comply with my request, but later received an email denying my refund and threatening to charge more money if I went through credit card company for a chargeback.
what is this? Robbery and Blackmail for $97.00?
