When I discovered BidRack they were just starting out. I won many items including a tv, gift cards, and purses. Each gift card was worth $10 and they charged $1.99 shipping each. I paid for them all and waiting for the cards and never received them. I waited months for all my items, I kept having hope thinking it was new. I emailed them and they said they would be working with another company to receive my cards. Then I started winning bid packs for a penny and so on. I noticed my credit card was randomly getting charged 30 cents and 50 cents. I emailed and asked what these charges were and they said processing fees. I said I never agreed to them but they wouldn't refund my money. These charges happened numerous times a day, everyday until I got an email from my bank saying my account was magically overdrawn. I won a purse and when I got it it broke within a day. It smelled funny, and it was absolute garbage. It wasn't even the purse I had won but I didn't want to deal with yet another complaint. BidRack took a lot of people for granted...
