Also told would have immediate access to site. Logged into "members area" but could not watch videos. Tried with downloading the flash player they suggest still to no avail. Called the "specialist" as was instructed to do and went straight to VM. Left contact info, and have yet to hear from anyone.
Called BRLLC directly and submitted a "refund ticket". Was issued a RGG # and informed it would take 5-6 business days for process.
Have called my credit card company and flagged charge for a dispute if not resolved by BRLLC in the 6 business days they said.
Outfit a definate SCAM!!!
