My step mother ordered via Paypal off ioffer.com a coat for $ 50.00 off this website. The seller had terrific raitings, a facebook plug-in and was pretty legit from what I was seeing. Dec 19 2012 the payment was made by her for the coat.
After waiting until after the holidays, I hadnt received the coat.
All e-mail proof is being sent to her of the sale.
I still have not seen the coat. And now later discover that the site holds itself to no responsibility for any refunds, or fraud. What kind of website holds a site and allows people to just steal from others?
