I ordered a dress from their website and when I received it, it was ripped. I asked them for a refund and they agreed. Told me if I mailed it back to them they'd issue a refund within 3 business days. I never recieved it and when I followed up with them now they are refusing! So I am out $132.28 and don't even have the damaged dress I started with. This company is dishonest and send poor quality products!
