Website - downloadprovider.me (200% a scam website, please do not use or try to join), afterall CGBilling is just their payment gateway, but I do hope they can duly follow up my case.
I joined a trial membership at US1.99, it's ok. But then they charged me US69.95 without my notice, no email pre-alert, no confirmation email after payment. I only knew it when viewing the credit card statement. My bank (Citibank) asked me to cancel my card to file a dispute, but it may not be successful. Shame on them I have been their long term customer for 10 years! Disappointed.
Update is, CGBilling replied my mail and saying they would refund in 10-12 working days, since i have cancelled my membership, and also they will not bill me again. I wish this is all true, but now only time will tell if it will really happen. I shall post further the result. Good luck to all.

CGBilling credited US69.95 to my a/c 18/12!
12/12 a/c debited by downloadprovider.me w/out my consent
16/12 ask CGBilling to refund (ignored by d/lprovider.me)
18/12 CGBilling reply - to be arranged 10-12 banking days

I wish to update that CGBilling has already credited back the US69.95 to my credit card a/c.
Event history for your reference:-
12/12 - amount debited by downloadprovider.me without my consent
16/12 - i first found out about this when checking my credit card statement, and I wrote to CGBilling immediately
18/12 - i got the reply of CGBilling that they will arrange refund
18/12 - today when i check again the credit card a/c, i saw that the refund was made dated 18/12
Thank you so much for the prompt action taken and good performance.
EVERYONE WHO IS READING, please DO NOT sign up or pay trial membership at downloadprovider.me website which is the root cause of the problem...
