I ordered from leanspa on an introductory offer of $1.00, didn't see anything in the disclaimer about a charge of $70 after 14 days. I called them and told them my receipt was dated the 12th of September so I had not reached my 14th day and I wanted to cancel my membership. They said the membership was based on the date the order was made not the receipt was given, I said that doesn't make any sense since it wasn't processed until the 12th, which was what my receipt was dated. They said they would only reimburse me part of my payment. Which I never received anything. I called my bank and filed a claim. The bank found that the withdrawal on my account was never authorized by me and recredit my account for the full amount. So when in doubt call your bank right away about the fraudulent charges from this company.
