i got money taken out my account which left me destitute i have phoned andgot told i need to wait until jan 3rd then wait till 5 to 7 days i have sent emails no reply staff were not willing to help i do not keep well could you please get my money direct into my account asap ive got nothing a im on benefits never got loan either i only wanted a payday loan of 50 pound and got charged 68.99 and also got toldthey going to take 5.50 for a transfer fee back to me please help im so stressed about this
