I recieved the same letter as the complained before. That I should send a check,money order for transfer fee. I am also disabled and can not afford to pay a scam fee either. I feel the same if I won money send a certified check or give it personally to me and I will Thank You personally for a much needed amount of money.You people that perform these scams need to pray for your soul and think about what you are doing to people at a bad time. Thank You for letting me say what I needed to say .
