I ordered a free tooth-whitening trial from HydraWhite and was supposed to pay for shipping only. Then I got two charges for $70-plus. I called HydraWhite to say that I did not order the products sent and to demand a refund. They insisted that I HAD ordered a "complete program" -- rather than the free trial I in fact ordered -- and said that they do not give refunds. I've looked up this company and see that it has a BBB rating of an F and has had numerous reports filed against it. My bank refused one charge and is now disputing/refunding the other, and I've changed my credit card number!!
