Complaint 18984 Details Scan your bills for fraud

Called me said they were part of the Obama administration and could help me get my modification that I had been trying to get approved through ASC. Also told me that they could get me a real low interest rate 2.75 per cent and my payments would be 402.00. I first sent them 695.00 in June and kept emailing them with no response. When I called they said Maggie was too busy and she would call me back. That never happpened. Then got a call from a different person saying that they were ready to close on my deal but it required another 695.00 to close. I ask them if they were for real since i hadn't received the first peice of paper from them on anything. So trying to save my house and proprety I sent them the additional 695.00. Now my home is in foreclosure and I am not sure what I am going to be able to do. I think they owe me an additonal 30,000.00 since that is what the bank is now saying I have to pay in order to keep my property.
