On August 28, 2012 I order top and bottom press on veneers. Today is December 11, 2012 and have not heard or received anything from them. Lot of money for nothing. Called customer service today. Stated they did not get the right gum line and are going to send another kit. They have my phone number. I don't understand why they did not call me to notify me of this. This order has taken way to long and I want my money back.

- Go on youtube and tell your story,they advertise on there,I will see you there.and look up the BBB in Fortworth where they are from and put a complaint in with them also
