The "salesman" Chad H. offered to send free samples of their new gloves for our company test out. Upon receiving the 12 pairs of gloves, they accompanied the package with a bill in the amount of $216.58 for 12 pairs of gloves plus shipping and handling. We called the billing department to explain the mistake, but when Palace Industries was confronted with the issue they said they do not offers samples. Also when asked for the scamsman's direct line they would not give out that information.

- Hi, my name is chad and I'm the above mentioned salesman at palace industries. I would like to say that our company NEVER offers SAMPLES nor do we mention the word samples when we call potential customers. We always ask for a purchase order number when someone places an order. We have been in business for 22 years and have sent out over 50,000 orders also if we ever have an issue with an order we offer a full refund and/or pick up the item with no charge to the customer. I find it unsettling when I see a few unsatisfied customers slandering our company when we pride ourself on customer satisfaction.
