After being offered several different trail magazine prescription that I did not accept. The above company continues to call my cell phone; which I believe is one of the companies they offered. The purpose of the call was to know how I like my magazines.. They were told I was not receiving any magazine and asked for months that they would remove my name from their list. I was then told they need to update my account and begin to ask several personl questions ie, where I work, my work number, and my income etc. I stopped at my employer. I begin to aked them question and thats when the supervisor hung up the phone. I received a call again today, this guy actually gave me some answers, I was told the company is called Subscription Solutions Publications,they were out of Colorado and the web address is [email protected]. The guy said I'm not the first person who told him they did not know what he was talking about; he went on to say that he would talk with his supervior to have me removed from their active list. I informed the guy that I have never received a magazine, as far as I know I have not been charged for any magazines with their company but I have been charged $20.00 by th Advanced Grocery Savings Program. The guy suggested I start with Advanced Grocery Savings Program. I asked if I had an account number, he said no; but my status was showing active and they have to call me three times a year to make sure I'm enjoying my magazins.. What magazines! I just want to stop being harassed. The guy said if I cancelled I would be charged a fee... What?? I will discontinue my current credit card immediately.
