Applied for a PayDay loan, but didn't find one with a somewhat reasonable rate, so I didn't electronically sign any paperwork.. Hydra Fund then deposited $350 into my account. I asked my bank to return it, and stop payment on Hydra Fund, and sure enough I get a call from a "litigation company" saying that I owe $700, but the would settle for $500. Good thing I read reviews before I set up payment.
