On November 9, 2012, I spoke to a representative about their program. I was told that it was a 30 day RISK FREE trial, and that I would be charged $24.95 on December 8, 2012 (or thereabouts). When they debited my account for $9.95 on November 16, 2012, without providing any of the promised information for me to review, I called and cancelled and requested my money back. They were rude and decidedly not helpful. They refused to refund my money stating that it was a one time non refundable fee. Despite the fact that they had seven days to provide me with the information regarding their services. I was under the impression that they would be EMAILING the information to me,and in fact, verified my email to ensure that I would receive the information. That never happened. I called again today, and was hung up on. Bottom line, they took my money and never delivered any product or information and they stated it would arrive by email and to watch for it in my email box. The gal today said that it takes them seven to ten days and I cancelled before that. The gentleman that sold me the package never said anything like that and assured me I would receive the information via email. I feel this company lies and cheats and banks on their 9.95 without ever providing service of any kind. I want my money back.
