I received a telphone call in the middle of July on how to make money at home involving visa and mastercards. Somehow you would receive money from people using them. I was given 3 peoples names and telephone I could call for information. and an authorization number. I did not understand it all and said to send it to me. The cost was suppose to be $300.00. I figured I could read it and then decide. After reading it I did not understand it any better. I ask to return it and refund my money. They said NO. If they were an honest company they would do that. I called one of the other peoples name that I had, but no answer. I do not know what the $19.95 was for.
