After a short survey got "Free" watch for shipping charges of $5.99. Got confirmation of shipment with "total charges of $5.99". Got watch about 10 days later. Then got charge to credit card for $98. Then one month later another charge for $49.
Called and they said the Terms and conditions included mention that free watch was only for a 14 day trial and that $98 would be charged if I did not ask for return permission within 14 days. Terms and conditions apparently also
sets up an every month shipment of additional watches at $49 each.
To say the least, this is very deceptive. Especially putting price and future shipments in terms and conditions. The price and future conditions appear no where else!!
If you get a package from this outfit, do not open it and write REFUSED on the package and the post office will return it without cost to you. If you paid anything on your credit card, refute the charge. The post office site regarding refused packages is at http://pe.usps.gov/text/dmm300/508.htm
